Web Changes

Not much has changed, though a lot has been altered. I upgraded almost every graphical element to reflect a higher quality resolution, as well as altered some of the html coding. The directory structure has been altered to ensure an easier and more user friendly structure for future maintenance.

A small Photo Album has also been added.
